The Roundtable’s Foundation advances the industry’s support of research and education in areas of public interest affecting real estate, including but not limited to: the environment, public safety, cultural diversity, and the economic sustainability of communities.
The Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt 501(c) (3) organization which oversees research and educational activities that will have a positive impact on the public interest.
“The Education and Research Foundation will seek to provide constructive solutions to national challenges such as sustainability and infrastructure” said Jeffry D. DeBoer, president and CEO of The Real Estate Roundtable. “Public interest issues of enormous important to the nation, and the world, must be addressed with careful study and verifiable data. The Foundation’s leadership will aim to apply global best practices to these challenges that have an impact upon real estate.”
